|Recommended: YesQuite neat — Pinetree has some of the best living conditions I've seen for college housing. Many apartment complexes at other colleges and universities geared towards student housing don't put the student as the priority, and its refreshing to see a complex that does.

|Recommended: YesEnjoyed, coming again — I really enjoy living in Pine tree. It was in a decent location and I was able to get to class very easily. Some of the apartment was kind of old, everything worked well and it didn't any problems so it wasn't a big deal. I enjoyed it enough to want to go back next semester
