|Recommended: YesGreat place for it's price, pretty old though. — It is a good place for cheap residency. However my apartment personally needs some renovating. The dressers and desks could be replaced. Also the carpet is very old and should be replaced. Maintenance is not very good, we've asked for our dresser to be fixed three times and nothing has changed.
|Recommended: YesI really like living here but there are some small issues. — Pinetree is a really great place to live for attending snow college. you are close to campus, the people who live here are nice and friendly, and the maintenance is good with fixing stuff if you tell them.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very well kept and the community is great — It is very homey. Everyone that lives there is very friendly and nice. The staff is helpful and welcoming to everyone. It is extremely close to the campus so you can just walk everywhere.

|Recommended: YesOver all great place to stay — Simple, nice and calm. Everyone working there are pretty friendly, you just have to deal with other college students. Had a couple of instances where i was being woken up by some Cowboys outside practicing lassoing an animal. In this case it was just a metal outline of what appeared to be a sheep size, but with horns. But growing up near farmers my whole life it didn't bother me to much. Highly recommend to anybody not only my friends but just someone who is attending snow college and want a cheap place to stay and not have to loose the comfort of staying home.
